Needed to replace part of our fence that was damaged in the winter. The staff were very helpful in hepling me order my replacement pieces and even helped save me money on the shipping costs.

My contractor had two fence orders that were wrong so I decided to order the fencing myself. Jason was super helpful and my order arrived complete and as promised. FenceTown provided a terrific product, timely, and exactly what I was looking for. There was shipping damage to part of my order, and they went over and above to get me replacement parts so fast I had no delay in my project. I wouldn't even shop - if I want fence I know where to go.

Great experience and product. I needed 230' of 48" fence and 2 gates to go around our pool deck. After researching specifications and pricing for all the the available products online and getting pricing from 2 subcontractors, I settled on buying Onguard Heron from Fencetown and installing myself. There are exposed screws connecting each picket to rail which I did not expect to see, but looked and worked fine. I did order one panel as "triple Punched" to work with a 20% slope. While installing, we realized the hinges for the gates were not included in the shipment and Fencetown got them to me in 2 days.

Very happy with my experience. I ordered the Onguard Starling commercial black aluminum fence, and the quality is much higher than the consumer grade products available at the big box stores. Totally worth it. Communication was great about the order and shipping, and installation went very well.

High quality product for a great price. Product was well protected and delivered by lift gate trailer as requested. Jason knows his fence product and helps you figure out what it takes based on the sketch of your fence layout. Great customer service Fencetown! Five Stars!

Ordered fence for around pool and they were so helpful. I sent in measurements and they provided all the items I needed. Even after I had some changes and had to order more pieces, they were very helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Our original customer service was great in 2015 with our original order. In 2023 one of our pool gate locks broke. 7 years after the original order they sent me a new lock at no cost within 2 days! That is great customer service!! Thank you!!

From design through installation, FenceTown customer service was nothing short of excellent. They guide you through every step of the process and reply to any questions promptly by both email and phone (if necessary). We ordered and had installed 200 feet of Onguard Kinglet residential fencing. The lead time was much better than anticipated from the manufacturer and packaging was also above expectations. Prior to ordering we were fortunate to see another FenceTown system a friend of ours ordered and installed a few years ago and were very impressed with the quality of the finished product. I STRONGLY recommend FenceTown and their staff for your fencing needs!!

Just a quick note to say that the customer service is phenomenal. I ordered two posts in November of last year and didn't open the box until a few weeks ago only to realize that the wrong posts were delivered. After a few emails to customer service the correct posts were delivered within a week. Great company!

I have used FenceTown for two projects. My wife and I are gardeners, and we love raising beautiful plants on our country property. Because a significant deer population visits nightly (along with ground hogs and rabbits) from the adjoining park land, it has become necessary to enclose some areas where we would like to raise plants that, unfortunately, are very attractive to our wildlife friends. We have successfully completed one beautiful fenced enclosure that actually enhances the beauty of the garden. We used FenceTown to guide us through the process of purchasing and installing a 6' fence to frame a rectangular 18' x 30' garden. After an extensive internet search, we found that FenceTown offered the best prices, and, most importantly, the best guidance in terms of choosing and installing an appropriate fence. The first project was a learning experience for us, but it was so gratifying and successful that we subsequently ordered supplies from FenceTown for two more garden enclosures of the same size. We could not be happier with the service and competitive pricing at FenceTown.

Great service!
I am still in the building phase but I can not be more pleased with the customer service from FenceTown. They spent time with me ensuring I had my plans right and with the selection of style and materials. When I had to change my design and order (to make the missus happy) after having ordered my and received my materials, the folks at FenceTown couldn't have been more patient or helpful in confirming the changes made sense and putting in the changed order. I will update with pictures after I finish building.

I ordered about 200 feet of Onguard Starling aluminum fence back in mid January, 2022 from Fencetown.com. My shipment arrived a few days ago; a few weeks earlier than I expected. The fence components were well packed (for protection) and everything arrived in very good condition. The fence will look great, once I am able to install it. The Fencetown website made ordering very easy. You pick the style of fence that you want and the on-line order form will suggest which other components that you may need to complete the project. I talked with Jason a few times about some of the special circumstances for my project and he was very helpful. I highly recommend Fencetown for your next fence project.

We (our neighbor and us) recently purchased fencing materials from Fence Town to do a combined fence replacement project. The support they provided was just tremendous. We started with an idea and they led us through the process to build our respective orders. They explained how the material will be determined and asked for a simple drawing. We sent in our drawings and they retuned a list of material we would need. The support team did contact us to confirm our plan before submitting our orders. The process was very easy for us to follow and the product came as expected. Installation went as expected as well. We give FenceTown a 10 and would definitely do business with them again
Here it is 2 years later and we had some paint issues with our gate FenceTown support quickly sent out a replacement gate.
Last week I noticed a an issue with a latch, contacted support and they are sending me out a replacement. I wish they sold more products because I like doing business with them as they stand behind their product and take care of their customers

Had a relatively small order through Fencetown. The manufacturer sent me the wrong parts, twice. And then sent the correct parts, but in poor condition. The guys at Fencetown kept after the manufacturer until they got things right. I appreciate Fencetown's professional attitude to make sure the customer is satisfied. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing fencing products.

I ordered a Jerith 202 style fence from FenceTown.com and the experience was awesome! I had questions before I began and wanted to make sure I was ordering everything I needed. Jason was super helpful and made sure I had everything, offered discounts, updated me on shipping information, and even resolved a latch issue I had once the fence was installed. The fence looks great and the included instructions are very straight forward. I got my father's help to install and that evening he ordered the same exact fence.

I found FenceTown online after getting several quotes for fencing around our pool that were ridiculously high. I got a better fence from FenceTown for a great price. Yes, we installed it ourselves, but it was a fairly easy project, took a day and a half, and we saved about 6K!
