Great experience and product. I needed 230' of 48" fence and 2 gates to go around our pool deck. After researching specifications and pricing for all the the available products online and getting pricing from 2 subcontractors, I settled on buying Onguard Heron from Fencetown and installing myself. There are exposed screws connecting each picket to rail which I did not expect to see, but looked and worked fine. I did order one panel as "triple Punched" to work with a 20% slope. While installing, we realized the hinges for the gates were not included in the shipment and Fencetown got them to me in 2 days.

Very happy with my experience. I ordered the Onguard Starling commercial black aluminum fence, and the quality is much higher than the consumer grade products available at the big box stores. Totally worth it. Communication was great about the order and shipping, and installation went very well.

Ordered fence for around pool and they were so helpful. I sent in measurements and they provided all the items I needed. Even after I had some changes and had to order more pieces, they were very helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Our original customer service was great in 2015 with our original order. In 2023 one of our pool gate locks broke. 7 years after the original order they sent me a new lock at no cost within 2 days! That is great customer service!! Thank you!!
