It is very important to carefully review the order information on your Order Receipt, which will be emailed or faxed to you within minutes after your order is placed. You must review the receipt and acknowledge the order as correct via e-mail or fax before FenceTown.com will place the order with the manufacturer. If you notice any errors or would like to make changes, please contact Customer Service within 2 business days. Most orders will be held 24 hours to allow time for review. After the 24-hour timeframe, changes cannot be made without incurring additional costs.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items on your order and serve as your invoice.
If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us. Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.
Once your order ships, we will send you another email with the trucking company and tracking information. In most cases, the trucking company is supposed to call you ahead of time to arrange delivery.

All FenceTown.com products and services are priced in U.S. dollars.
If you pay with a credit card, FenceTown will authorize the card to make sure the funds are available. We don’t capture the funds until the day the order ships. Your account should show as Pending until the day the order ships. If you pay with a debit card, some banks take the money out right away even though we don’t officially capture the funds until your order ships.
