Shipping Rates and Methods
In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or we charge a fixed shipping charge per item. This charge, if any, is listed on the product detail page and covers ground shipping in the continental U.S. Beware of companies who mask their shipping policy. Shipping large or heavy items can be quite expensive, so make sure you know what costs you will incur in your order when shopping around. Most orders are shipped via Truck Freight or UPS Ground. We may offer expedited shipping methods for some products. The charges for each are provided on the product page. Please note that some products may need to be shipped via truck freight due to their size or weight. Products shipped by truck freight will be delivered to the back of the truck (the tailgate). It is your responsibility to removes the product(s) from the truck, so we recommend at least 2 people be present when the product is delivered. Often times the driver will assist in removing the product from the truck, but they are not required to do so.

If order is not being delivered to a facility with a shipping dock, a Delivery of $100 will be added to your order. These are not to be confused with shipping fees. In-home delivery and other services are provided by the truck carriers and are easily purchased directly from them. We will provide you with contact information for your carrier so that you can request and arrange for any additional delivery services that you prefer.

Orders placed during peak season many incur extra lead-times.

We ship directly from the manufacturer so that we can deliver your order quickly. We list a "Usually ships in" timeframe with every product so that you can know how quickly we can normally ship the item. Once it ships, deliveries take between three and seven business days, depending on the warehouse and the delivery locations. We use a network of warehouses across the country to try and minimize delivery time.

We keep it simple—we focus on offering you the lowest price, the widest selection, and the best service.

Drop Ship
"Drop-ship" items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from a warehouse run by one of our national suppliers. We use this method to offer you the broadest selection of products at the lowest cost.

International Shipping
At this time, we can only ship orders to destinations in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional surcharges.
