If you find the same product you purchased from FenceTown at a lower advertised price, please contact our customer service team at 888-336-2386 and we will credit you more than the difference. The item must be identical, including model number, components, and warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. The advertised price must be the net price at the time of sale and also include shipping costs, if any, and exclude rebates, bundled promotions, limited quantity offers, or offers that come with an additional free or discounted item. The advertised price must be able to be verified by Fencetown via a public website product offering or copy of a periodical such as a newspaper or magazine advertisement. We will not match pricing from any membership based store, website, or government facility.
Contract orders and direct purchases from manufacturers are not covered by our satisfaction or price match guarantee. Quantity discount orders are also not covered unless a verifiable quote can be provided from a competitor for exact brand name and model. All other requests for reimbursement are covered under our Return Policy.
