It is very important to carefully review your Order Receipt, which will be emailed or faxed to you within minutes after your order is placed. You must review the receipt and acknowledge the order as correct via e-mail or fax before FenceTown.com will place the order with the manufacturer. If you notice any errors or would like to make changes, please contact Customer Service within 2 business days. Most orders will be held 48 hours to allow time for review. After the 48-hour timeframe, changes cannot be made without incurring additional costs, up to 25% of the order total.

• The smallest purchase order amount we accept is $100
• All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination

• We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone, or purchase requisition forms

Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations in the State of Illinois are subject to the 9.50% Chicago sales tax rate.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items in your order and serve as your invoice.
