Galvanized steel components are subject to a six-stage pretreatment/wash (including zinc phosphate), followed by a glossy polyester powder top coat, which provides another layer of protection required to withstand harsh outdoor weathering effects.

Xcel as a manufacturer, warrants to the original purchaser, and not to any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its Innovation Lite™ Ornamental Steel Fences, galvanized with a glossy powder top coat system (as described above), is free from defects in material & workmanship, and while under normal or intended usage, against corroding or blistering (discoloration & PVC Rail grommets do not apply). Normal and intended usage does not include physical damage, abrasion, or heavy salt spray exposure to the protective coating, under the following conditions from the date of original purchase:
